That an order placed against your account reaches it and registers in the panel. That is the claim. The gap worth naming out loud is that a figure in a report and a person who arrived because they wanted something from you are not the same event, and only the first is what this touches.
Record the figure with the date range visible before ordering and compare the identical range a day later. The panel lags and aggregates, so a same day check is too early. Mismatched ranges explain most of the cases where somebody concludes the order did nothing.
Ask who is going to look at the resulting number and what they will do with it. If the answer is a client report, the proportion between this figure and everything else in the panel matters more than its size, and that proportion is not visible at twenty units. If the answer is nobody, the sample has already told you what you needed.
