Terms of Service

1 General Provisions
  • 1.1 SUBME.LT (hereinafter - the Service Provider) provides the Client (hereinafter the Service Provider and the Client together referred to as the Parties) with social network follower growth and other related services (hereinafter - the Services), and the Client uses the Services in compliance with these rules.
  • 1.2 The Client commences using the Services only after familiarizing themselves with and agreeing to comply with these rules, and after making payment for the Services.
2 Payment Procedure for Services
  • 2.1 The Client, wishing to order Services, must pay the Service Provider for the Services according to the Service Provider's established rates, which are published on the website www.subme.lt (hereinafter - Service Rates), unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
  • 2.2 The Service Provider, after informing the Client, reserves the right to change the Service Rates, which would apply to new Service orders.
3 Obligations of the Service Provider and the Client
  • 3.1 The Service Provider begins providing Services to the Client within 1 (one) business day after the Client fulfills the requirements set forth in clause 2.1.
  • 3.2 Upon the Client's notification of Service interruptions, the Service Provider undertakes to take measures to eliminate them within 8 (eight) hours.
  • 3.3 The Service Provider is not responsible for followers lost over time or the quality of followers. The Service Provider acts as an intermediary and has no direct connection to the provided service.
  • 3.4 Money is not refunded if an incorrect address was entered due to the Client's fault.
  • 3.5 Money is not refunded if the service was not performed due to a client error.
  • 3.6 The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of the Client's social account, including any illegal information contained therein.
  • 3.7 The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by factors beyond its control (fires, floods, acts of war, power outages, acts of terrorism, bank operational disruptions, theft, or other force majeure events).
  • 3.8 All information held by the Service Provider about the Client is confidential and is provided to third parties only with the Client's consent, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • 3.9 The Client undertakes to inform the Service Provider about any observed Service interruptions.
  • 3.10 In relations with third parties, the Parties are independently responsible. The Parties are not responsible for indirect losses.
  • 3.11 The Client agrees to receive newsletters from us to the email address provided during payment.
4 Service Validity and Termination
  • 4.1 Ordered Services begin to be provided to the Client upon fulfillment of the requirements set forth in clause 2.1.
  • 4.2 The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of Services immediately if the Client fails to fulfill at least one obligation undertaken in these rules.
5 Other Provisions
  • 5.1 All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • 5.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to change and supplement these rules, after informing the Client thereof.
