Judging a long-form upload after an hour is the quickest route to the wrong conclusion here.

Checking too early. Long-form audio gathers response over days rather than minutes, and the figure attached to an upload follows that rhythm. An hour after the window closes you will usually see the number you started with, which reads as failure and is not. Note the figure, walk away, and come back tomorrow.
The second habit is checking while signed in. Your own view of the upload is cached and carries your own activity, which makes a difference of this size harder to read than it needs to be.
That an order placed at this address reaches the right upload and registers where a listener would see it. That is narrow on purpose. Whether the upload deserves attention is decided by the first two minutes of audio, and no delivery of any size reaches that part.
So treat the exercise as narrow and finish it in two sittings: one to record the number, one the next day to compare it. Anything more elaborate adds noise rather than certainty.
