Measuring rather than climbing. Position on an answer page is relative, so the same batch produces a completely different result depending on what it is competing with. A fixed quantity turns that into a number you can read: how far did a known amount move me against this particular set of answers, today.
Before ordering, write down your own count and the counts of the two answers immediately above yours. Note where your answer sits in the order. After the window closes, take the same three readings again, from a browser where you are not signed in.
If the batch moved you past something, the page is quieter than it looked and a timed effort might be worth planning. If it disappeared into the gap, that is equally useful and considerably cheaper to learn now than after a larger order. Neither outcome reflects on the delivery; both describe the competition.
